Delivery, shipping, and returns

Delivery times

We place great importance on fast and reliable order processing. However, due to logistical circumstances, we cannot guarantee binding delivery times.

All information regarding availability and delivery times in the online shop is non-binding and may change at short notice — for example, in the event of supply or production bottlenecks. If a delivery is delayed by more than 60 days beyond the provisionally stated delivery date, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. Any amounts already paid will, of course, be refunded to you. Further claims are excluded.

Shipping conditions

Shipping is carried out at the customer’s expense and risk. We select the shipping partner. Collection on site is only possible by individual arrangement.

We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. For deliveries to EU countries, additional customs and clearance fees apply, which must be borne by the customer.

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and accuracy. Incorrect or incomplete deliveries must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours. If no claim is made within this period, the delivery will be considered accepted.

For deliveries by a freight carrier, any defects must be noted directly on the delivery note and countersigned.

Shipping will only take place after full payment has been received. All prices and invoices are in CHF.

Return policy

Ordered products can be returned within 7 days of receipt — provided they are undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged products or products without their original packaging.

Chemical and chemical-technical products are excluded from the right of return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. After successful return, we will refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
