Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The purchase agreement is only concluded once we confirm the shipment of the goods via a shipping confirmation.

2. Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation is only possible as long as no costs for processing or shipping the order have been incurred. Once costs have been incurred, the order can no longer be canceled and the full purchase price will be charged.

Changes to an order are only possible after consultation with our customer service and will be checked for feasibility.

3. Right of Return

We grant a voluntary right of return of 7 days from the date of delivery.

Excluded from return are:

• chemical and chemical-technical products

Returns are only possible if:

• the goods are undamaged

• the product is in its original packaging

• all accessories are included in full

Damaged products will not be accepted for return.

4. Return Costs

The purchase price will be charged to the customer. Delivery and return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
